For virtual events or webinars, recordings are typically provided to registrants after the event. If you are unable to attend the live session, you will still have access to the recording, and therefore refunds are generally not provided for non-attendance.
Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the gift recipient has activated the subscription. If the gift has not been redeemed, we may consider a refund request within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds for purchases made with promotional discounts or coupons will be for the actual amount paid, not the full retail price. Any promotional items received as part of a special offer must be returned with the original purchase if a full refund is requested.
